The Process

Goldman Claims offer a free no obligation assessment of any consumer credit agreement in order to establish the viability of a claim.

Upon assessment (usually within 7 days) we will confirm one of the following:

1. You definitely do have a claim
2. You may have a claim
3. You do not have a claim

Our Services and Charges

Most claims will be for unfair Consumer Credit Agreements, however we can also deal with; mis-sold payment protection insurance, excessive bank charges and/or credit card charges.

All clients and introducers will be provided with access to our custom built case tracking system available at www.viewmyclaim.co.uk

Our charging structure is clear, transparent and fixed. There is an option to suit everyone.

* Budget package is only available to clients that are able to demonstrate that none of the alternative packages are affordable. This must be done by providing a fully completed budget planner, together with 3 months pay slips & 3 months bank statements.

~ Processing fees can be paid on a monthly basis if clients prefer. There is an additional premium payable for this facility. If client(s) fail to maintain their monthly payments, they will automatically default onto the success fee % payable on budget package.
