Goldman & Co re-brand and launch Goldman Group

Goldman & Co, the Whitefield based Independent Mortgage Broker has undergone a re-brand of their existing business and also launched several new divisions in order to compliment and enhance the range of services they provide to clients.

The core business has always been that of an Independent Mortgage Broker, with access to over 100 mortgage lenders & over 65,000 products including many exclusives. This business has been built almost entirely on personal referrals, recommendations and professional introductions - a fact recognised in Michael Goldman (founder) winning the British Mortgage Awards 2006 Mainstream Mortgage Broker of the Year, having beaten off competition from over 30,000 mortgage brokers. In 2007 Michael was asked to join the panel of judges comprising of 22 senior industry experts in order to determine the 2007 winners.

Goldman & Co are currently responsible for approximately one hundred million pounds of mortgage business each calendar year. The vast majority of this business is residential and buy to let purchases & remortgages.

In addition to mortgage advice, Goldman & Co have made inroads into the General Insurance & Protection market – providing clients with Independent advice on a wide range of Insurance products such as; Building & Contents, Mortgage Payment Protection, Accident Sickness & Unemployment, Income Protection, Life & Critical Illness policies.

Goldman Insurance – Independent advice on Building & Contents, Mortgage Payment Protection, Accident Sickness & Unemployment, Income Protection, Life & Critical Illness policies.

Goldman Debt Solutions - Independent advice to clients experiencing debt problems. Providing; Loans, Remortgages, Debt Management & IVA solutions.

Goldman HIPs – Providing clients with Home Information Packs, Energy Performance Certificates & Home Condition Reports.

Goldman Properties – Introducing mutual clients with Residential, Commercial & Overseas property investment opportunities. We also have a selection of Commercial & Residential property in the North Manchester area available to let.

The design and concept was created by Whitefield based design agency Creative Spark.

As part of the re-brand AVS Television Productions were commissioned to create several multi media productions to feature on the new website, giving a personal feel to the business and at the same time providing an online audio & visual presentation on who we are and the services that we provide. AVS have worked with major international brands such as; H J HEINZ, PEPSI COLA INTERNATIONAL, BRITISH TELECOM & NIKE.
